Should a product from the FRAAS Online Shop not meet your expectations, you may return the goods purchased within a 14 day period. Your item to be returned must:

  1. Never been worn
  2. Have all the original labels and tags on the item.

Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Shipping charges and sales tax on shipping are not refundable.

Unfortunately at this time, FRAAS is not able to include a pre-paid return label with your order. If you would like to return any merchandise you may choose a parcel service of your choice with costs liable to you, the customer. We will make an exception to this if the return is a result of our own error (received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.).

Right to cancel/return:
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire the good purchased.

How to return an item:
If you'd like to return or exchange an item, please contact us by calling 1-844-786-3477 or, email our customer service team at cs.usa@fraas.com with the subject line reading "Return Web Order." 

Effects of cancellation:
If you cancel your order, we will reimburse your credit/debit card used for purchase, this will not include the cost of standard shipping (FRAAS will not reimburse the supplementary costs of expedited delivery if FREE delivery was an option).

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods returned, especially if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you, the customer. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than – (a) 14 days after the day we receive the items ordered supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for purchase, unless you have expressly said otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods.
You shall send back the goods without undue delay - no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your order cancellation. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Returns may take 3-5 business days to process upon reaching our facility. We will notify you via email once your return is process and refund is issued. Refunds may take several business days to reflect on your account, this time varies depending on your financial institution. 

Again, we can provide free returns for EU customers only. At this time, U.S. customers have to pay the return costs on their own discretion.
